What directional survey documents explain
Directional survey documents can include measured depth, inclination, azimuth, TVD, and offset stations. Those measurements help describe a wellbore path that a surface point cannot show by itself.
FutureWells Texas parses these public records where possible and labels the resulting geometry as derived, confidence-scored, and source-linked.
Directional survey geometry is derived from parsed public source records. It is not survey-grade legal geometry and must not be treated as an official boundary, parcel line, tract line, or title record.
